Book with Bay offers travel planning services including cruises (ocean and river), Disney vacations, all-inclusive resorts, and group travel coordination. All bookings are made through trusted third-party suppliers.

2. Sole Proprietorship

Book with Bay is operated solely by Bailey Wright, also known as the Travel Genie. All communication and planning are handled directly by the owner.

3. Booking and Payments

Clients may be required to pay deposits or full balances directly to travel suppliers. In some cases, a planning fee may apply and will be disclosed before services begin.

4. Third-Party Responsibility

Book with Bay acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party travel providers. Any disputes must be addressed directly with the provider.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation policies vary by supplier. Book with Bay will assist with changes or cancellations, but refunds or credits are not guaranteed. Planning fees are non-refundable.

6. Liability

Book with Bay is not liable for delays, losses, or issues caused by third-party providers or events beyond our control. Liability is limited to fees paid directly to Book with Bay.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
